Who we are

We are independent change management practitioners with the experience and commercial acumen to design, lead and implement organisational change programs in medium to large organisations. We specialize in cutting through the complexity and mitigating the people-related risks relating to your organizational change programs or initiatives.

Our values underpin all we do:

  • Partnering and collaborating with the organization, working together and having a management by “no surprises” approach at all times
  • Getting our hands dirty – when it comes to effective change management, we believe that an exclusively “high level” or “strategic approach” in most cases is not enough to generate the return on investment. We specializing in working with organizations to implement and deliver the strategies and approaches we design
  • Building capability as we go – we aim to leave behind a more confident or capable team with a user-friendly tool-kit to support future organizational change initiatives

Isabella Manning, Director, is a change management specialist with almost a decade of executive change leadership experience performing for national and international organisations at the forefront of their fields.

Reframe Change Management was established in July 2013, however Isabella Manning (Director) has personally performed roles in leading or supporting large scale change, transformation or transition programs at the following organisations:

Through strategic partnerships and sub-contracting experience, Isabella has also gained experience in the not-for-profit sector (early childcare education among other organizations).

Isabella has the qualifications, expertise and proven market credibility to architect and lead organisational change proactively through a practical and methodical approach.

  • Graduate Certificate of Change Management (AGSM, 2010) *part of MBA program
  • Registered with Change Management Institute (CMI)
  • Certificate IV Workplace Assessment and Training (Enrich Training 2013)
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (UQ, 2001)
